Autel ADAS CV Pattern for Bendix Wingman Camera (CSC0611-06)
The CSC0611-06 is the Autel ADAS calibration pattern for the Bendix Wingman safety system camera found on commercial vehicles. This is a Lane Departure Warning (LDW) calibration pattern — it belongs in any heavy-duty shop or fleet maintenance operation that works on trucks and trailers equipped with Bendix safety systems and uses the Autel MaxiSYS MS909 CV tablet for ADAS calibration.
What This Pattern Calibrates
The Bendix Wingman system uses a forward-facing camera as part of its collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and following distance alert functions. When the camera is disturbed — due to windshield replacement, mounting adjustment, or collision repair — it must be recalibrated to restore system accuracy. The CSC0611-06 pattern provides the reference geometry the Autel calibration software uses to re-establish the Bendix camera's calibration baseline.
Required Equipment
This is not a standalone tool. Performing calibration with the CSC0611-06 requires:
- MaxiSYS MS909 CV tablet — preloaded with light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicle static and dynamic ADAS calibration software. This is the specific tablet required; other MaxiSYS tablets may not have the commercial vehicle ADAS software needed for Bendix calibration.
- Autel ADAS Standard Frame or MA600 Mobile Frame — the pattern is compatible with both
- ADAS CV Pattern Bracket CSC050A-02 — required only when using the MA600 frame to attach the pattern to the frame. Sold separately. Not needed for the Standard Frame.
Frame Compatibility Notes
- Standard Frame: Pattern attaches directly — no additional bracket required
- MA600 Mobile Frame: Requires bracket CSC050A-02 (sold separately) to mount the CV pattern
If you are adding Bendix Wingman calibration capability to an existing MA600 setup, budget for the CSC050A-02 bracket in addition to this pattern.
Static and Dynamic Calibration
The MS909 CV software supports both static and dynamic ADAS calibration procedures for commercial vehicles. The CSC0611-06 pattern is used in the static calibration procedure. Confirm in your specific vehicle's calibration procedure whether a dynamic drive calibration is also required after the static procedure.
