Choosing Between 4-Button and 5-Button
The only difference between the IKEYBK4TP and the IKEYBK5TPR is the Remote Start button. If the vehicle has factory remote start and the customer's original fob had 5 buttons, order the IKEYBK5TPR. If the vehicle lacks remote start or the original fob had 4 buttons, the IKEYBK4TP is the correct choice. Ordering the wrong button count doesn't break anything, but the Remote Start button on the 5-button version won't function if the vehicle isn't equipped for it — and the housing dimensions differ slightly to accommodate the extra button.
Stock the CR2032 battery separately — it's not included with the key. Having these on hand means you hand the customer a fully working fob at delivery.
