NexiQ Universal J560 PLC Adapter 604120
The Universal J560 PLC adapter extends the capability of the J1708/J1587 diagnostic tools to support J2497 Power Line Carrier (PLC) communication. Use with trailers with PLC communications.
Detect ABS warning lamp messages coming from the trailer ECU
Test the in-cab trailer ABS warning lamp
Connect adapter to a vehicle between the tractor and the trailer or to the trailer alone without the tractor
Can be used with following Nexiq tools:
USB Link 3
USB Link II
USB Link original
Nexiq Pocket IQ
Nexiq Pocket HD
This tool works with OEM ABS software for your PC, Pocket IQ or Pocket HD. Software is not included with this adapter purchase.
NOTE: This adapter requires power to it as well. If you do not have a power source to the trailer you will need a 7-way plug which provides power from a battery and require Nexiq 424001 7-way PLC cable as well.
